Maximalist artist Ricardo Paniaqua Garcia III releases his debut of “REBELATION” in the Hal Samples Gallery

After gaining recognition for his art from buyers frequenting big auction houses to world class museums artist Ricardo Paniaqua Garcia III has been considered a “Hidden Jewel” in the Dallas art scene by some, and is preparing to showcase an exhibition of over sized works of the maximalist genre and “candy art” for the masses.

Sold Out! “Samples of Dallas” Thursday Night 6-8pm

Tomorrow night we are sharing a private collection of photography in the gallery. It was commissioned by an investment firm in downtown Dallas who is expanding their office. The body of work for their space is close to 90 pieces thus far and it’s ALL PHOTOGRAPHS OF DALLAS.

After having this series up during the weekend’s “art walk” I was encouraged to allow others to see the images before the installation goes up next week. My client has also allowed the images to be run in a LIMITED edition of 10…. so I am now able to sell (a few images of their commissioned pieces) off of their pieces hanging in the gallery.

Please join me as I celebrate this work with my client and a couple of cases of wine in the gallery tomorrow night from 6-8pm.

This is another short unedited peek into the world of unique people whom I come in contact with along my journey. I hope to take some of these tapes of of the shelf and deliver some short films over the next few months.

New show at the Gallery

The City of God is coming down…

Our second installation at the Hal Samples Gallery is coming down. We’re sad to see it go, but we’re excited to offer you a unique opportunity to take some of the art home with you before the show ends!

Saturday and Sunday from 2-4pm, come by the gallery and you can purchase any of the photos used in our mosaic installation. The photos are $2 each, 10 for $20, or if you want the entire mosaic it’s $250. Each photo comes with its very own pin and unique pin-hole!

All proceeds from the small pieces will go directly to Hugo and his family in Brazil.

Come see the show one last time and take a part of it home with you. Saturday and Sunday, 2-4pm. We look forward to seeing you!

“From a Secret Vantage Point”

Join me for the Grand Opening of The HCG Gallery this Saturday from 2-8 P.M.

I will be showing 10 never released works that form a narrative titled “From a Secret Vantage Point” along side two extremely talented artist (who’s work are out of this world). I’m way excited and proud to be a part of their grand opening and what is happening with art in Dallas. This space they have for the gallery is.. is beautiful… and so are those that run it.
